Our History

After  working in manufacturing for Chrysler. Ford, General Motors, and McDonnell Douglas Aircraft  for 31 years,  Paul Griglio developed a clear vision of the critical need for an independent  source of "world class" benchmarking information.  Automobile and supplier companies need this information to help drive programs for improving competitiveness, especially against "best in class" competition.  In 1991, Mr. Griglio founded Pinnacle Associates to achieve this vision.

In the past 15 + years of operation, a team of highly experienced professionals has been assembled to solve a wide range of client problems.  Consulting projects are conducted both for individual sponsors and on a multi-sponsor basis.  Associates with specific expertise  are selected,  to add maximum value to customer's projects.  We take pride in producing cost effective and timely solutions to complex problems.

Mr. Griglio oversees each project to ensure customer satisfaction.  He has extensive experience in world class management and manufacturing practices in the automotive. aircraft and supplier industries.  Experience includes over 40 years evaluating competitive practices in the North American, Japanese and European automobile industries.   Competitive analysis and benchmarking have been conducted in the areas of product development, stamping & dies, body assembly, powertrain, equipment & tooling, and plant & facilities. Expert witnesses and litigation support activities have been provided to numerous class action and individual lawsuits.
