Summary

Mr. Prater is the Co-program manager of Simultaneous Engineering for the new Holden Corp/ Marubeni Corp. engine plant  in Australia and has extensive experience in all areas of manufacturing   He has a comprehensive background In Manufacturing Program Management, Processing Benchmarking, Advance Quality Planning, ISO-9001, QS-9000 QS-14000, Manufacturing Engineering, Ford Total Preventive Maintenance (FTPM) and Reliability and Maintainability (R&M).  His accomplishments include three new program launches and extensive work on Ford's experimental gas turbine engines.  He held positions at Lockheed Missile & Space Company and Excell-o turbine engine components manufacturing plant.  He spent time In Japan and Europe studying the auto Industry's best practices. He was one of the original architects of the Romeo Engine plant.   He was part of a cross-functional product t engineering team studying surface finishes and engine design for the modular engine program.
